Ashiatsu ~ Deep Tissue Massage

Ashiatsu barefoot massage.  It is a highly effective modality that provides deep tissue neuromuscular therapy.  Deep compression is applied with gliding feet.  The therapist uses overhead bars for balance.  The session begins with Swedish massage to gently warm the muscles and apply a rich creamy lubricant.  Next the therapist positions one or both feet on the clients back. Various pressures are applied suitable for each individual.  The deep flowing pressure eliminates any need for poking or prodding that usually accompanies other forms of deep tissue therapy.  Ashiatsu is especially beneficial for back pain, shoulder tightness, neck pain and headaches, sciatica, muscle fatigue and tension.ashiatsu  

Medical Massage

Medical Massage differs from regular Massage and Bodywork in that the treatment is specifically directed to resolve conditions diagnosed by a medical doctor.  I may use a variety of modalities or techniques during the treatment, but I focus the treatment only on the specific areas of the body related to the diagnosis.  This enhances the body’s natural self-healing process and reduces the needed recovery time from injury.

Cupping~Lymphatic Drainage

Massage Cupping is a remarkable therapy that employs negative pressure rather than compression on the soft tissue of the body. 
By creating suction and negative pressure cupping releases rigid tissue, drains excess fluids and toxins, loosens adhesions, lifts connective tissue

Mini Facial

Waxing

Waxing is a very convenient, cost effective, and quick method of removing unwanted hair.  Waxing removes hair from the root, so it takes longer to to come back. Usually between 3-8 weeks depending on each individuals speed of hair growth.  You will be hair free, with sliky skin longer without having to worry about unwanted hair showing up.  After repeated sessions of waxing there will be a reduction in hair growth and it may eventually stop altogether.  This is in contrast to shaving which stimulates hair growth, because it removes hair at the surface not at the root.
